So in actuality what you are saying is that 'SS, PP & industry friends/contacts', SI's and Institutional's are not willing to back OBJ's future prospects on their own merits, unless Nutrition Systems are included? Yeah, that only makes a whole lot of sense when you factor in a consolidation at fire sale prices, where they can all get a much larger slice of the pie at the expense of massive Shareholder dilution. Tell me Mr Smartie pants, why didn't they attempt to put in their hard-earned and offer the same to existing Shareholders, without the need for massive dilution, an unnecessary debt facility and a situation where OBJ would end with no immediate operating surplus? This whole deal has been manufactured to appear as the only 'saviour' option and this is simply not truth.
