Wasn't somebody at Stockland bagging FKP recently and telling everybody how great Stockland was in comparison. Now, if media report are accurate, which is nothing to take for granted, it seems as though somebody senior wants to make an arrangement for FKP and Stockland to have some sort of joint venture.

This stock is doing a lot of dancing around. I really did not think the market would be sitting back so with such disinterest for so long. Maybe the insiders have known that Stockland has been trying to sell, and this is what has been pushing things down.

Give me a massive non recourse loan and I'll buy it ;-)
