I live just a stone throw away and can confirm that it is 100 % rented out, there is no vacant space atm and any space that was vacant had been filled straight away.

Development was planned to be about 100 million, according to the council's approvement given recently.

As far as I know Centro is held 50 % bei CNP / CER and private investors. If that's correct, sales price needs to be halved.

Currently not holding shares, waiting for sp to find a base.
