i think it's a bit of nervousness created by the end of the year selling.
june 30 will give a spot price on AUD/US$.
Overall CER would of had a positive financial year with hedges closed out, sales above book value and good earnings. This will get reflected in the new NTA figure that will come out in the end of year financials.
I'm guessing the new figure to be about 38-39c mark with out any significanr write ups / write downs. I don't much movement in that area for maybe another 6months.
Looking forward to Defabs posting again and maybe shedding some light on what effect recent value of aussie dollar would have effect on hedges.
