Yes PJ I too was unimpressed with NZO SPP timing and price antics. Doesnt win you over does it. At the end of the day you would think they would try to maximise the number of shareholders taking it up,but by playing these games to reduce no. of shares issued, they are probably doing themselves out of money.
However I have been suckered in with the SPP and have bought NZO fully paids to be part of it. NZO got to 38c with Opito so I am of the view they should get over 40 with Tui. The NZ market is much more fluid and got to 45c NZ with Opito. So perhaps liquidity also helps with the upside potential on top of entry/exit ease.
PPP also interesting. I am holding through the current drill campaign so nice to see price hold ok for first two dud wells. Last winner held the price. One more to go before Tui so risk is lessening. I got PPP at 6.7 cents so should be a very good trade either way now (makes up for a terrible EGO story)
