These poor mom and dad investors are most likely going to get burnt twice.
They may have lost a few thousand in stocks but these same people will be sweating on the current property conditions and turning to some sort of 'faith' to turn the current trends and sentiment.
This time around Joe Public will have to deal with debt collectors and not just the wife (or husband).
