Poor Stocko, was he the tallest poppy they could catch?
I dont think he made a lot of money out of it -KCG was a joke!
And I think he meant well with what he posted.
I sometimes wonder about ASIC & the ASX - look at all the buying before significant announcements & imagine the fortunes made by directors' mates & rellies...........
......and the best they can come up with is prosecuting guys like Stocko & Rivkin, the latter having made only $3000 odd in the incident that led to his suicide. OK,they broke the law but its still humbug in my opinion.
