Stocko was the nick christopherskase? I remember those ADY days - all of a sudden he disappeared. Hmmm. I remember making jokes about Majorca.

People - be warned - inside trading is no laughing matter.

However, despite his multinicking, I think they don't need to convict him although I have no idea about the legalities and finer details of the case.

I wonder how he knew the details of the acq. before the announcement and why he stated this so publically?

Some people still don't realise how serious authorities take this matter. The credibility of the ASX is of huge importance and to flaunt the rules so publically would have made the prosecution easy.

I hope he doesn't go to jail - their seems little point. I can imagine the humiliation would have been enough.
