As far as I'm aware the Mt Weld ore is not categorised as hazardous for transport purposes (i forget the exact term). This, I imagine, is why they have not bothered releasing the info to this idiot- there is nothing forcing them to
stockpiling by lynas outside of freemantle, page-10
