They can sell Relenza on the open market... the fact is most people will hesitate spending $50. It needs to be on the PBS. I assume Relenza is not on the PBS to encourage vaccinations?
I notice with RSV, (RSV kills around 160,000 people worldwide a year) Synagis is also not on the PBS. Although Synagis costs a little more than Relenza ($1,000 per injection, with monthly injections during RSV season).
