This is how crazy the perth inner city unit market is, I bought a one bed ground floor unit for 76k 4 weeks ago north of the city, last weekend 3 sold for over 85k in the same block more worse condition than mine in that weekend and they only advertized that weekend for the first time, the market is crazy in WA at the moment
