    "Anyone notice the substantial drop in volume on the DJIA in the last week. Less than half in the last 5 days compared to the rest of 2008. Last Friday was only 1.05b."

    Where do you get your volumes for DJIA? Yeasteday's volume was 502mill, second highest for 12 months. DOW, 30 components, wont trade on billions. Volumes on spikes have been high which is good.
