If the matter of independent research and ratings is an issue for you, you should get out there - protest, write to MPs, campaign for true ratings independency and the associated legislation. If you are not willing to do this, why pick on CCO for using the current system to market its investment case to potential investors?
Frankly - when CCO takes steps to promote investor awareness - you bitch and moan. When CCO doesn't take steps to raise investor awareness - you bitch and moan.
