I think need to re-check yr figures...the numbers you quoted was the consideration for the shares, not the number of shares.
The number of shares were 360K on 10/10/06 and 1,022,733 on 11/10/06.
If you look furthur down you will see another transaction for the 360K and another one for return of shares of 1,022,733
Not often I can catch you out Seals :)
