re: commodities is the boom over Not over for commodities but over for wages growth, the real threat to inflation. And it is over for consumable products that aren't really needed by the world and spending migrates to essentials (and further drive inflation). Commodities account for a small proportion of the cost of consumables. Inflation in commodities will continue so long as energy prices remain high. Have we already gotten used to oil at $70/barrel?
