Good article. We've entered a period of consolidation, most probably a sizeable one. The Commodities bull market is far from over. An even better opportunity to buy commodities will surface late in the year. Not everything hinges on China, we have the Indians to turn to and then the South Americans and then after that eastern Europeans. More emphasis needs to be placed on the American consumer and their ability to continue with their profilgate ways. A fascinating fact that concerns me is that if WalMart (thats only 1 US retail chain) were a sovereign nation that they would be the 8th biggest trading partner with the Chinese. That stat alone speaks volumes about the importance of the US consumer on the world economy. May they keep spending !!!
