I've seen some of the immigration figures, Sydney, for instance was getting 'net' immigration of 1,000 per week but from what I've read more recently, the figure is back to 650'ish. Interest rates and the other areas striving for each investment dollar won't allow property to continue returning the pawltry 4% and less that it has been doing, particularly if the potential for capital gain is no longer there.
