The ag stocks with land holdings in these areas could provide punters with bads news out of all this rain. Stocks like MSF (sugar producer, processor), PAG (grains,cotton producer), AAC (cattle, some irrigated crops), and NAM (cotton). Too much rain is more damaging to the balance sheet than not enough as the cost base (inputs) has been ramped up to take advantage of yield potential.
Not to mention the coal plays in these areas?
Exploration companies for anything won't get anything done until the country is dry again for months ...
