News flash: Analyst paid by Proptech makes a substantial upgrade to their PropTech Group Forecasts (when the guy making the forecast is paid by PropTech).
This is then picked up by Simply Wall St, which uses algorithms to determine intrinsic value. And since that algorithm uses the analyst forecast (which is paid for by Proptech) to determine Simply Wall Street's interpretation of intrinsic value, nobody on this forum questions anything???
