Think you're a bit confused or poorly informed on the corporate welfare front. Plenty of foreign companies received JobKeeper including Louis Vuitton LVMH controlled by the world's richest man.
My point stands that many firms (particular types of firms like casinos and travel agents) received special deals instead of having to tap shareholders while Universities were specifically excluded (they rewrote the rules multiple times to exclude them). This has impacted funds available to invest in recovery of the Education Sector so this sector rebounded faster in other countries. This has indirectly impacted A2 (along with the wilful destruction of our relationship with China) through slower return of Daigou.
And if you don't know what LNP stands for and how policies impact different business sectors then good luck long term investing on the ASX. ;)
