Is the delay intentional to give the company more time. This would allow management to complete the ponds, etc. This information would then probably been incorporated into the roadshow.
This would make for a better presentation and business case for the US expansion. I'd rather they wait and prove up the technology in Gelong and go to the US saying 'this is how well it works, etc.' rather than 'we anticipate...'
