    There are some stocks that are trding way underneath NTA - fear has got the better of the market.

    Ones that I like are

    MCQ - cash generator with little investment in property - close to half NTA with a 30c distribution due

    KBC - NTA of over $1.50 - well managed company - small overheads

    RRT - outrageously cheap - there is no way the property portfolio if valued at 50% less than it was 3 months ago

    OEQ - always trades at half NTA but ran by the Khan gang - no other explanation needed

    What are some others?
