As mentioned on another thread, I am pretty sure BRL don't actually own Solid Energy for another fair few weeks/months.... so if it is out for 6 weeks, my thinking is it is actually going to have no effect (cost or inconvenience) on BRL what so ever... ie once the deal is done, BRL will benefit from improved infrastructure, without the down time!
