Think it's pretty clear from reading between the lines and CEO responses to queries around it that it's Talley's calling the shots around the cash retention. The stock is incredibly undervalued,all the assets including the mines and all the equipment are trading at an EV of around $0. That probably doesn't stay that way for the long term as eventually Talleys will want the cash and they also own 10% of BRL. Positive catalysts for a re-rate include selling some of the nearby BRL assets into BT to receive some cash and also the final outcome of the courtcase - the hearing is scheduled for this month I believe.
