The biggest issue with the service/software is that it only has trailing indicators. I guess that's the point of fundamental analysis. If you look at their valuations curves they lag the share prices as they are not a predicative service. So yes, it will tell you the intrinsic value of the company based on its historic results, but wont, and cant, tell you where its going (although they do include forward estimates based on past performance and limited intel.)
To their valuation you have to add your own intel/view of what may impact on the target company.
