minfield is correct in what he says about ASIC and I have heard the head of ASIC mention in a tv interview that they will go after the cases that effect the most people.
Unfortunate as it may be, ASIC only has limited resources so it may be worth raising the profile of what's gone on here with the media as maybe it might encourage ASIC to act.
It would be great to see ASIC act as it would have the greater good to warn directors of all penny stocks as it's a part of the market that seems to have its own set of rules.
