    If I had lost money in PDY, I will definitely take them to court.

    Price-sensitive announcement like $6.5B funding does NOT come everyday, Gary stated fund is "secured" and one (anyone) would interpret it is "SECURED" and everything been reviewed by a TEAM OF PDY LAWYERS BEFORE SIGNING ANYTHING.

    Now media stated lawyer did not review this nor is fund secured. Gary admitted PDY needs to have $94m (20%) within 40 days AFTER SIGNED THIS DEAL.

    Clearly, Gary knows PDY does not have $92m and will have trouble getting $92m within 40 days.... why he stated secured???
