I agree with you, I sold my PDY on open on Friday and took the loss so I no longer hold any shares. I took the little I sold them for, before they are worth nothing. I too think that if the shareholders had any sense they would kick out the management, as they are incompetent liars

If you look at the last financial the company has a little over $1.5mil in cash but are burning through $550,000 a quarter. Within 6 months they will have to capital raise. Work out for yourself the number of shares needed to be issued at the current price to even raise $1million.

After this debacle who will fund any raising????
