Perhaps you meant to add a zero. eg 4000-6000 p/mth more like it.
Like most good advances in technology that bring along benefits, these things tend to sell themselves based on merrits.
I'm sure however the Seven network has intentionally kept low profile to date, due to getting this all in place.
