I like this debate . So where now should the wages be in comparison sakes?
At the rate of inflation or at the rate of what it did to develop queensland if thats what your putting forward?
Thats fair so a subtraction should also be taken into account if that development has bettered his life later?
So say he gets free dental treatment now but never could afford to pay that before even with his wages ?
Sure he may have lost the opportunity to maybe increase that and create that wealth and well even be able afford someone to fight his case for those lost wages ?
But did he want wealth anyway ? Did he want what the new settlers wanted or did he want the old ways to come back and preserve that ?
I wish him well in his new found opportunity to try go back in history and judge at current times !
And if he does win he pays the equivalent in taxes back also from that win.
Kind of how it works does it not? User pays unless your got a bit to go back in history with it may not be a good judge brings that back or a bad one who lets it keep going and the well you get the violence we are now starting to see as history also and the judges start saying back we go .
You want violence and all those things come up again bring it on as the history will come out and no picking the good bits .
There is plenty the new world is starting to show about the old world aboriginals as well who continue to want go back to it perhaps?
