nina i like the fact that lum management atm dont get absorbitant wages etc mainly under $150K its proposed that they get options expiring dec 2005 3 tranches running from 125% 150% & 200% this shows me two things they arnt greedy yet and they do think lum will be significantly higher in the short term ( being dec 2005 ) however i also believe if this rollout continues at this rate that they will be well in the money being icentive options i also feel that if that is the case they will have been well earned and hopefully i will be substantially richer btw qtrly reports rarely show a companies true worth
