I agree, the quarterly cash flow report doesn't explain much but in LUMs case specifically because they haven't begun receiving any income as yet (or the income they have received wasn't disclosed - see note at bootom of first page as to why).

What I did notice was that the marketing expenditure for the quarter was almost half of the total expense for the past FY. Hopefully, this will pay dividends, as I'm sure it will.
