just looking at the report, i am a bit concerned about the following

That venture has incurred costs and has generated income during this period, however as the final joint venture arrangements are yet to be documented and
the income and costs fairly attributed, it is not possible to account for this income or expense.

i would have thought that the contract arrangements would have been sorted out, prior to the sign being installed. from my point of view, there is potential for conflict
