    As to management well thats getting sorted very fast all you have to do is read yesterdays announcement.

    As to earnings and dividends that has been discussed many times on this board...do a search and you will find the details but basically we have nailed it down to every average sign with revenue around 750 though(this is a conservative figure) is worth roughly 6c per share.So far we have 9 signs on the go.
    Now if you wanna know about potential look at vcr...it has a market cap of 500 mill and has zero earnings...zero partners...hasnt even got fda approval and its market its trying to get into is no bigger than that of lumacoms and it has competition.
    Lumacoms potential is no where near priced in and i mean nowhere!!

    Work out the figures and potentail yourself if you dont beleive me :)

    very rough calcs, assuming staff costs double and other costs remain the same......including depreciation at 5% on signs also:
    All $ in AUD, simpler.
    Sales revenue = $750K per sign
    Cost of each sign $4.5m
    Earnings multiplier of 12
    calc value per share on est EBIT
    10 signs EBIT 3.8m = $0.46 per share
    20 signs EBIT 9.0m = $1.09 per share
    30 signs EBIT 14.3m = $1.72 per share

    Now we are looking at 1.72 if they get 60% of the current contracts signed...but wait a minute..all we are told is that they are in negotiations with 50 different parties...some may want to build more than 1 sign like times square etc....and who says the ball is gonna stop rolling at 50...its gone from 30 to 50 in a week!!

    Of course they wont be paying a dividend in the near future because all earnings are going to be pumped into expansion ...companies that pay dividends usually do so cause they have nowhere better to put the money .
