We all know that many CRE employees did well from the Takeover. They were dead in the water with no prospects and a failing share price. With the FML offer and Stone interest as well it was an opportunity to move on.
Are you suggesting they were buying before the FML offer or that they perceived an offer from Stone was forthcoming so buying for that reason or both, implying Insider trading.
Or am i wasting my time replying to a case of hearsay and innuendo.
