If the AFR article by Brad Hatch published on 16 August is correct then one would have expected CRE to lodge official notification to the ASX today (17 August), particular as a vote by CRE shareholders on the convertible note matter is being taken on 18 August.
Be interesting to see what happens with this over the next few days.
