Was not expecting Stone to lodge on 17th, rather an announcement from CRE to the ASX to the effect that Stone had made a request for due diligence (ie potential second bidder).
If the article is correct about the Stone bid and Stone seeks due diligence, say next week, could well be seen as a case then of market manipulation due to the ramifications of the convertible note vote on 18th.
Reiner has added a bit more to this in one of his posts this morning.
