I doubt very much that they or they advisors would not have been aware of all implications
Love to have been a fly on the wall during their supposed (have to be careful here) with the FML CFO
Let's just hope that FML knows exactly which parts of CRE it wants and at what costs
Still troubled by the 2% royalty (can FML get out of that??????) and the toll treatment/tenement arrangement
Still a couple of "clangers" in that deal - but pretty sure that CB and Don have it under control/worked out
