The board of directors decided to issue Mr Stone 360,000,000 shares and Mr Seeto 105,000,000 shares in what they call employee long term benefits. That's equivalent to the company loosing another $405,000. How cool is that? not only do they have a helfty salary but also free issue of shares. And now there are only 6.1 billion shares on the market.
