Can I make a suggestion...
Once you are finished typing a msg, rather than rush to post it-- hit the preview msg button.
This will allow you to stop and read yr thoughts before you send them on to everyone else.
I'm sure that if you employ this idea you will stop posting such rubbish because some of yr posts are actually pretty good and helpful
