Well, if Vanadium continues to appreciate in value and uranium proves it has bottomed out and beginning it's climb out of the current depths, you can see the upside here. A perfect storm of both makes SHE a very enticing proposition indeed.
Certainly not beyond the realms of possibility, and perhaps not too far away.
