Anyway again Credit dumbness you are factually incorrect.
The 6,922,000 shares the seller made available is not enough to place them in the top 10, they are in the top 20 and as we know from previous T20 reports over the last couple of years, a number of the lower half of the T20 have released their positions, with others coming into the T20 or the T10 accumulating.
So unless they make available more shares for sale, it appears the T10 are still consolidating.
