The real risk to this are
1) If the price of gas, NGL or condensates drop significantly .I dont see this happening significantly within the next few years.

2) Multiple well duds

3) David Deloub leaves to be replaced by quack . Unlikely david deloub will be voted out as the T10 are well aware of his strategy and seem to be accumulating.
4) Board runs off with the money, i think this is very unlikely given their past history and ties to Australia.
