Just going on the above post
Why would we sell a de-risked well for 1m if it cost us 3m to participate?
i understand from above that it only cost us 1m upfront - but it was still 3m risk on .
if the well failed - we would have had to pay 3m total and out of our pockets - not out of well cash flow .
surely risk off - it is worth more than the 3m risk on price ???
Just going on the above post Why would we sell a de-risked well...
