    "Fixed price and time turnkey EPC contract with liquidated damages".

    So the construction risk is that KBR and SKEC can't afford to cover any overruns in cost, which they bare, and/or that they keep paying us the $1M+ a day for late delivery or not-to spec output.

    So instead of "imagining" why not actually do some research before making uninformed assertions.
