Her concern for the lives of Palestinian babies, toddlers, young children, teenagers and their mothers is clearly at odds with the prejudices demonstrate by Peter Dutton an including his failure to even acknowledge their dislocation, deprivation, pain, suffering, losses and grief.
It was Dutton and his sexist, misogynist Liberal Party's bully-boy tactics of trying to drown her out which prompted her to deliver the sort of response Julia Gillard directed at Tony Abbott ... nothing to do with Hamas but everything to do with the very sick culture of the Federal Coalition.
What was disappointing was the pressure from our weak-as-water Speaker which led Stegall to withdraw the comment which accurately depicted Dutton's offensive and ignorant would-be bully-boys.
