What a joke in saying not to blame the director ....the directors have very high accountability in running a company, COO is accountable for the SP.............
after all they promised good returns and should have to deliver as well..........
and according to your theory, I don't mind a seat on the board and become a director, get a handsome salary, enjoy the sun on the beach sipping magherata's while company goes down the drain ...........
