Directors are responsible for the fundamental SP decline, sure. (Sellers though, cause the actual price fall) - But holders also have to wear some of the responsbility - probably even some people around here trying to create a bit of a 'always bullish / hold / buy dip' culture are also to blame. A the end of the day, if you invest money into something, and it clearly is trending down, you have the opportunity to exit anytime, instead of watching your money go up in smoke (praying for a turnaround). The worse thing you can do is come to forums where everyone is bashing downrampers, who are only saying 'something isn't right here'.
