madamswer maybe it is some of the employes who I believe benefit from free share allocations, cashing in these small parcels regardles what carnage they reak upon the majority of shareholders

Well, unless the company policy and their conditions of employment expressly forbid it, there is no law to stop people from selling shares they own in anticipation of receiving more shares at some point in the future. It sounds like an eminently reasonable thing to do and besides, the way people manage their financial affairs is entirely their business.

And even if it was against the company rules, given the amounts involved are really tiny (literally only a couple of thousand shares) amounting to maybe $10,000 in value, it would be a quite extraordinary thing for employees to be risking their careers, livelihoods and possibly criminal prosecution, for a few thousand dollars of possible gain.

But this is all moot, anyway.

Because, can you explain to me - even if it was true - how it reaks (sic) carnage on the majority of shareholders? I'm a long-standing shareholder and I have no idea how, what you speculate has happened, has impacted the fundamental value of my business in any way whatsoever?
