However, as an investor who just wants to make some good money and move on, let me say this much: the guys running the shop at the moment are seeking more than their performance says that they deserve. Much more. The resolution to alter the constitution is, quite frankly, an insult to all of us.

No amount of peace pipe smoking and campfire guitar is going to change the fact that the company and share-price would do better with a useful Board. By useful, I mean people who know the sector, have built the actual business and who care about shareholder value. The most recent Board, including the most recent chair to fall on her sword, was largely a numbers exercise constructed by Cocks.
